Step 1 – Discovery & Process Study
We map your end-to-end processes – sales, purchase, inventory, production, accounts, HR – and understand existing systems (Tally/BUSY/Excel/manual).

Step 2 – SOP & Solution Blueprint
We define or refine SOPs and design how they will run in Zoho: modules, forms, approvals, responsibilities, and reports.

Step 3 – Configuration & Customisation
We configure Zoho modules, fields, workflows and dashboards as per the agreed blueprint. Where required, we build custom apps and integrations.

We clean and migrate masters and opening data from existing systems. Trial runs are done to validate ledgers, stock, balances and key reports.
